Refund

REFUND POLICY

 

All products may be returned within 7 days of order reception for a refund or exchange assuming those conditions are met:

 

  • The purchased article remains perfectly intact and shows no signs of wear.  BABOON’S Sarl keeps the right to refuse reimboursement or exchange.
  • The article must be returned in its original packaging with its labels
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, "Sale" items cannot be refunded 
  • The return must be notified beforehand by an email at the following adress : info@baboons-online.com
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
  • Fill out the Return Policy Form explaining why you wish to return it, add it to the package, and post the item back to us within 7 days after receiving it.

Return costs will be paid by Baboon’s Sarl only if the delivered item(s) are different from the ones ordered or if it (they) are damaged. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning. The return of the product is the buyer’s own responsibility. Baboon’s sarl cannot be held accountable for parcels delayed or lost.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
